Early S5 - Halogen Lights

Wondering if anyone could help me out
One of the lads has a early A5 and is trying to retrofit the latest facelift LED rear lights
I think he's messed up some of the coding for it all
Might anyone (in UK) be able to assist with any coding?
and or, be able to record there current values for the halogen lights in module 46 channel 181 upto 210/215? then he's got the base settings again before attempting it again!
