Looking for some advice

I have the oppertunity to purchase a S5 coupe 2007 with 55k miles its my old managers car he has since emigrated to Oz and the car has been left here at work for about 6 weeks now, I emailed him about 3 weeks ago asking what his plans were and he said he was trying to import it

but if he needed a plan B he would let me know well he needs a plan B and hes emailed me back however the car has a couple of faults

hes told me that the Clutch bearing sometimes squeeks when the clutch is pressed
the secondary air pump keeps throwing up the engine warning light and after resetting the light it comes back after about 4-6 weeks he said the sensor has been changed but didnt make a difference & the RNS-E system stops working on long drives after about 3-4hrs and after sitting over night tends to start working again.

any one got any ideas what it costs to change the clutch? and any ideas about the air pump fault & i guess the RNS-E head unit would require replacing

I webuyanycar'd his number plate & it valued it @ £11,998 obviously knowning these faults with the car now what would you think would be a fair offer
