Funky S6 side lights

Saw a silver S6 Avant today, nice V10 grumble as it passed.... BUT I was very curious about some "additional" lighting. You know how the R8 has the LED side lights that follows the bottom edge of the headlights.... this S6 had a row of around 5 LEDs in a line just above where the fog lights are on each side... I mean I know Audis very well and when I saw this in my rear view mirror I though "WTF is going on there!!"..
Although it definately had the " get out my way or I'll eat you" kind of look.... I promtly moved over and wound down my window....

Ah.... from Audi Site:
Adaptive light
The optional adaptive light system features dynamic cornering and static turning lights that swivel while driving in response to the steering wheel angle and speed, helping you to see the road ahead. Meanwhile, the standard LED daytime running lights ensure that others can see you in good time.

Makes for on angry looking car! Road presence at its best!

Re: S6 LED sidelight strips.

If you were installing them in the current S6 you would also need:
2 x 3D0 973 703 flat contact housing
4 x 8H0 807 199A hexagon socket head panel bolt
6 x 811 971 848 B retaining clips
But hey, I have no idea what you would need to mount them on a non facelifted A/R/S6!
Hope this helps, perhaps someone can give us some prices?!?
Cheers
