Replacement Alloys
Hi, my friend has just purchased a C6 S6 and is looking to change the original wheels and was just seeing if there are any other Audi wheels that fit and suit the S6? I know its a personal taste but just seeing if there is a particular one people are more pushed towards? He has a 2007 Avant. He has it booked in for a Milltek non res cat back (unless someone on here is planning to sell one
)

Re: Replacement Alloys
C6 RS6 alloys would be same fitment? 1x19" and 2x20" options there
B5 B6 B7 B9

Sold Sept 2019. Now rocking an F80 M3
Re: Replacement Alloys
Thanks for the advice guys and I will let him know to see if he is interested in the RS4 alloys
Re: Replacement Alloys
I thought the offset being ET52 restricted the choice somewhat.
You could get a lower offset of ET45 but you would have to reduce the width of the wheel from 9j to 8.5j to stop any rubbing.
For reference i believe the TTRS has the same fitment as the S6.

Re: Replacement Alloys
Thank you!, I had a feeling it was restricted a bit on these but just didnt know, thats useful info to pass on to him.
Re: Replacement Alloys
Im considering a change myself and have been struggling somewhat.
I know they are on every other Audi but i keep coming back to the 19" rotors.

Finding a genuine set in 19" 9J ET52 is proving difficult however WSP Italy make a reproduction in the correct fitment for a very good price.

Re: Replacement Alloys
Those look amazing!
If you can, you should try and get the wheel specs that those guys are using. There are so many knockoffs and versions of these wheels, that if you get the wrong ones you might not achieve the same look.
For example, that top one looks incredible, with deeper concave. They also look like 20s to me, on the top pic. And, the tire might be stretched. On top of that, I can almost guarantee that the tire on the top pic isnt meeting minimum load index rating for the car (i.e. 97).
One more thing... the S6 has wider fenders up front. It think they are 14mm wider per side. Just an FYI when you are comparing different sizes.
These are some of my favorite S6/A6s

20x10
275/30/20
et44
S6 (wider front fenders)

AG 510's 19x9.5
offset unknown
A6

9 x 20
Et40
245/35/20 (does not meet load rating)
A6
For my S6, I am planning to go high offset and 275/30/20 for summer, and 265/35/19 for winter. Both meet min 97 load rating and will fill out the fender of the S6 nicely with the high offset wheel

Re: Replacement Alloys
Is there an audi speedline split rim cross spoke 19 or 20 that fits?
I think I've seen them on s5 or rs5 and possibly 'regular' S6.

Re: Replacement Alloys
Don't get hung up on 52 offset
My regular c6 le mans is running 9 x 20 et44 255/30. Loads of clearance and will go 265 when needing new boots.

Re: Replacement Alloys
