so anyone done this themselves?
I have access to a ramp, and a gearbox oil pump filler thing with the right VAG end for the gearbox. Looks straightforward enough apart form the part where you have to take off a lump of the exhaust to drop the gearbox oil pan to get at the filter to change it.
so do you have to change the filter at the same time as a fluid change? i have 52k miles on a 2007 car. its 10.something litres of fluid, so dont want to have to do it twice
