In case anybody might be interested Milltek are looking for a donor car to develop a system for the S6 V10 ... details are here ... in return you get a free or heavily discounted exhaust.

Tempting, but despite what they say I'd always worry about handing over the keys. Having your car used as a testbed would worry me. I wonder what sort of power gain they're trying to achieve?

Davy ... I can ensure you have nothing to worry about. The guys at Milltek are top notch and totally professional ... your car will be well looked after. If you doubt me then look here for other RS246 owners opinions ... http://www.rs246.com/index.php?name=PNp ... ic&t=59794.

You'll probably have to go the factory in Ilkeston and maybe have to leave it with them for a few days but you potentially get a free exhaust out of it. If I had a V10 S6 I wouldn't have even posted it I would have been down there in a shot.

If you do go for it then make sure you report back with the result.

Ok, I've emailed Milltek to see if they still need a car and I'll see what happens.

Update - I got a reply from Phil Millington at Milltek saying they do still need a car. I emailed a few questions to him last Friday but I'm yet to hear anything. I'll keep you posted.

Never heard anything from them, emailed same questions a few weeks later in case the original email got lost to cyberspace but Milltek never came back to me.

Its been a while since this was posted but hey... did you ever have any luck with the Exhaust? The system is available from them (have one on order at the moment for a customer)
