My audi has the DVD satnav and the eject function has been disabled. How can I re-enable it?

You either need to find someone near you who has VAG-COM (essentially Audi diagnostics loaded onto a laptop) or otherwise ask a dealer. The latter will charge (unless it's a new car you've just bought) so try posting on the VAG-COM board first

It's a two second job to unlock the button, and should normally be done as part of the PDI. Up to that point, it's regarded as a "security feature" to stop the DVD being nicked in transit
