I spoke with (I think) Kim Collins last week as I'm taking my new car to QST in the first week of March for the Stage 1 map. I was thinking of getting my car Revo'd, but am becoming reluctant to use my car as a test mule to develop their map. I need further time to decide.

You get nearly 50bhp for £800 with the map, then only 20bhp for a further £1200. OK, so the next part is hardware which costs, but I was tempted to stay at stage 1 until the parts start wearing out and need replacing than just for the sake of it.

cheers

Warren

Another choice of tune

I'd be seriously tempted to stay clear of BT conversions for now. The TFSi, although not brand new is still being fully understood by the tuning fraternity. Some of the established UK tuning houses don't even have maps for this car yet. With a BT conversion you'd be expecting to post figures well into the 425bhp+ range (depending on the size/type of turbo), BUT you then get the issue of stress on the engine internals, insufficient intercooler capacity (inlet temps too high). Done well, and with the right amount of spend in all areas it could be amazing, but I couldn't afford to take the residual value hit that this kind of work would carry.[/url]

Looks sweet!

Personally, I'd be more interested when they put that lump in the TT!
