Space Saver for Audi S3 8P

We have an S3, 2012, sportback which came with the compressor and goo in case of a flat.
Looking to get a proper 18" spacesaver wheel and tyre.
I've looked on the 'Bay but every wheel I find comes back as incompatible with the S3 (I suspect this is a problem with seller's compatibility charts though).
The car has a wheel well, threaded lock wheel and currently holds a round polystyrene block with existing tools inset.
Any one found / used a spacesaver and knows where to get one (other than Audi who, as usual, want an arm and a leg).
Audi tell me the part number is 1K0601027AP03C
