S3 8P 2008> Facelift 3 Door Mirror help / advice

Hi,
Would anyone be able to save me some research, (found nothing relevant searching) I have just bought the above vehicle without realising until home someone has fitted earlier door mirrors to it without the indicator repeaters
so it won't even pass an MOT!
Would anyone know what other models have the same mirrors A4, A3 Cab etc. also are 3 / 5 door different etc, etc. Or if you have a pair you want to sell??
