Thanks to Pete Collin at AP Racing who has help me to get my brakes sorted out.

As people are now aware that their are replacement Discs From:

AP RACING FOR the 6 PISTON FRONT MOVIT SET UP

I have decided to start a group buy.

Any one interested please Discuss.






Group Buy.


I confirm that I have read the “RS246 Group Buy Policy” and agree to its terms.


1) I will only get the same terms as every other participant, unless any special terms are detailed in (2) & (5 (a)) and agreed with a member of the RS246 Crew.

2) Items available in this group buy are specifically

AP Racing 378mm x 36mm Strap Drive Discs.
Replacement discs for Movit 6 pot Front brake conversions.

Price to be confirmed but discounted from estimated RRP of APX 1k Inc vat.

Payment terms and delivery to be arranged once interest is generated.


3) The supplier Is AP Racing


4) Once sufficient interest is generated via the original thread in the “Group Buy” forum, I will Post a new thread in the “Group Buy” forum including start date, end date, product details, pricing, payment ETC.

This item also has an RRP of round 1k Inc vat.

For Reference this is the Part # CP3784T42T2: -

This is a pair of discs & bells with the full strap drive kit involving LH & RH assemblies.
Disc size = Ø378x36mm.

Designed to directly replace the original disc from the MOVIT Audi RS4 kit running with the Movit (Brembo) 6 pot caliper & pad.

Having worked hard on a revised costs, our best price we can offer the group buy is £665.00 + VAT for an order of 5 sets minimum. This is a saving of £121.00 against our List price.

Note For future :
(Not Relevant to this group buy, but relevant when the disc eventually needs replacing through service wear).

Replacement discs will be available in the future less the bells. As the Bells are reusable.

The replacement discs will be supplied with new drive straps attached and a set of bolts/ nuts/washers to mount them to the bell. This helps reduce costs by around 50% when the disc eventually needs replacing through service wear.

From my experience, I'd suggest people order two sets.... My RS4 AP kit needed 6 weeks to get disks!!!

(Steve Smee You need to read you PMs)

When I get all 5 I will forward to AP Racing.
To place the order, from there they will make the items.
