Millers Octane Plus

Post by DavidT » Wed Sep 20, 2006 5:53 pm

There has been lots of interest in this and we can do a group buy if enough of you sign up.

Millers Octane Plus is an octane booster that you add to each tank of petrol. It add upto 2 to the rating of 50 litres of fuel. See full description below.

The terms of the group buy are as follows:

x Minimum order quantity is a box of 10 bottles £ 30 (so £3 each, rrp is £ 4.75)

x Payment is required up front.

x The minimum order the group buy must place on Millers Oils is 100 boxes, if we do not get this number, the group buy will not go ahead.

x Delivery is not included. We will get it delivered to one location and rely on people to distribute regionally from there.
There are implications to storing this stuff, so once delivered, it needs to be distributed quickly.

We will leave this thread open until 20th October and if enough people express an interest, we will start a new thread for orders. Please do not put your name down here unless you intend to buy.

Keep up, you can buy one box here if you like.

Remember this is a group buy for the users of the forum. We do not have the buying power of a commercial supplier but are just as cheap ;)

The reccommended retail price is £5.99 and at £3.00 a bottle its a good deal, in order for us to get that price we have to buy a minimum of 1000 bottles the next discount level is 5000 bottles. If you dont want to join in with the group buy then dont, just dont spoil it for others who see it as a great saving
