I have had this one before and cleared it. Hasn't come back yet and I'm told it's part of the emissions system for the US market. which can be removed or cleaned out The replacement parts are not to expensive. I'm sure you'll get more answers about the other faults.

Brooner, check out the label file for the engine module and you will see up at block 77 you can run tests on the SAIS in basic settings.
I did this on mine when I was getting insufficient flow on both banks.
If you are getting low flow on both banks then it can be the following;
The solenoid valve that creates the vacuum to open the SAIS inlet valves is dead
The vac pipe from the solenoid valve to the SAIS inlet valves has failed
The secondary air pump is dead or the output pipe has come off (can you hear it work when cold?)

Using the basic settings block 77 with engine running , the secondary air pump is run and the inlet valves are opened by the solenoild valve and flow is measured, if in spec it says 'SYSTEM OK or if not, 'SYSTEM NOT OK'

While it's doing the test you can pop the vac pipes of the SAIS inlet valves and see if you can feel vacuum there, just try the nearside one first as it's easier than the offside one, if one work, chances are the other will. If there is vacuum then the solenoid valve is fine.

You can run the pump and solenoid valve via output tests but without engine running it's not that useful.

It's not hard honest!
Label file is the filename visible when you go into measuring blocks at top of screen - click it and it will open in notepad where you can scroll down all the fields that can be read for that ECU

You'll see 77 is for SAIS diagnostics.
Go to 77 in measuring blocks the switch to basic settings and with engine running the air pump will fire up, VAG COM will measure the flow and say 'OK' or 'NOT'

I did mine from cold as that's when SAIS works in normal situations.

So am I, the introduction of computers to cars was a good thing for me as I never really got on with spanners.
