Fuel pressure/air leak issue????

I keep getting these warning's on the wifes A4 DTM (2.0tfsi). It has an uprated fuel pump and sports air filter element with a Revo Map. Any ideas?

The fuel consumption is excellent, 40-45mpg on a spirited run. I am thinking the map is too lean therefore on idle the fuel pressure increases..?

I think I found the fault. Two incorrectly fitted pipes were split:

one between the crankcase and the fuel pressure device on the cylinder head
one between the inlet manifold and fuel pressure device as above.....

I would says thanks for the help but......
instead, thanks for looking....

Car has gained power and torque....
