I have VDCS here and wondering if theres a sceen in which I can check why my electric windows cannot be closed with the keyfob (its standard function on the B7 rs4, but doesnt work on mine for some reason)

Closing the windows with the key fob only works if both the coding AND adaptation values are correct, so you'll need to check/change both of those.
The Ross-Tech website has a good explanation of the coding and adaptation channel values needed.

Have you got one-touch windows? I mean, I know you have one touch windows, but do they work?
