Got the following fault code from VAG come a day or so ago. I assume the B2 S1 relates to a particular location and sensor?

Address 01: Engine
Controller: 8D0 907 551 K
Component: 2.7l V6/5VT G03 0001
Coding: 10711
Shop #: WSC 63351
WUAZZZ8DZ1N903748 AUZ7Z0Y1754948
1 Fault Found:
17539 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor: B2 S1: Internal Resistance too High
P1131 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
Readiness: 0000 0000

What do I replace?

Thanks in Advance!

LHS (N/S) lambda before (pre) the cat.

Seems to be very common on the RS4!

Was exactly the same on mine.

Cheers mate.

Mine did this too.
I have also just had it done on an S4, part was £100 (genuine) and labour was £40 from a local mechanic who also owns a B5 RS4.
I think the reason for this is a duff MAF causing higher exhaust gas temps.

Yep get the Genuine Audi one, not too dear IMO, and also same as used on the Passat V6.

Can be done pretty easily with the right tools.
