tryint o figure out and searching site to look for this someone did put a post on with pictures of how to do it jsut can't find it now

Change the value in adaptation channel 18 of the RNS-E from 0 to 3 using VAG-COM. Then press and hold RADIO and SETUP until the RNS-E restarts.
