Alarm beep and auto-unlock all doors - RS4 saloon

Hi all,

I bought a ross-tech VAG-com lead last week and have been searching to find info on how to:

1. Add a beep when locking with the fob
2. Auto unlock all doors when unlocking with the fob

I can't seem to find this info for the RS4. Is there anyone who can give me an idiot-proof way of doing it. I am a TOTAL novice with it by the way.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Pretty sure I posted in the vag com section of this site exactly how to do exactly those two things at the same time... its something like add 1028 for beep and remove 35 for unlock all doors...

So if I add +1024 I will get the chirp when I lock, but the table doesn't seem to give the code for unlocking all doors with one fob press:

Is it the "selective central locking" code...i.e. +00004, in which case I subtract 4 to enable the feature?

I got my dealer to sort this but the chirp is so quiet it's not even worth bothering about.

probably no help, but RS4 saloon (3months old) came with what your looking for.
Ask the dealership, probably should do it for you as a favour!

I managed to figure it out. VAG COM is great! All I did was recode to add 1024 and subtract 4 in the central locking module and the chirp is now there as well as the auto unlocking of all doors.

I agree the chirp is rather pathetic but at least I can tell that I locked it which stops the paranoia of trying the doors to check.
