Buying vagcom

When buying vagcom from rosstech, do you have to pay import duty and tax on the item upon recipt?
Yes, most of the shippers (I think Ross-Tech use Fedex) have got wise to this now, and will charge you import duty, VAT, and a handling charge. Allow for a further 25% or so on the delivered cost.
Oh, and just because the delivery man doesn't ask for payment at the door, doesn't necessarily mean you've got away with it - expect a bill to drop through the door...
