What blocks do people measure,
where can you get a list?

As a new vagcom owner, I'd be interested in a list of blocks most people measure for the B5 S4!

Depends on what exactly you are looking for. Most common for turbocharged gasoline engines would be mass air flow, boost and probably timing retardation.
