Ross-Tech = Great customer service!!

I recently purchased a usb dongle direct from Ross-Tech (got to love that exchange rate!!) but when it arrived the other day the casing was damaged and the pins were bent. When i looked at the FedEx package i could actually see a footprint on there - that will do it!!
Anyway, I just called them up and spoke to Bruce. Top bloke who is going to sent me a replacement today with instructions on how to return my busted one. He gave me his email address should I have any questions/problems.
Not often you are on the end of decent customer service, especially when they are in a different country, well done Ross-Tech!

Couldn't agree more, and I've been lucky enough to finally meet Uwe and Eric from Ross-Tech this summer at Waterfest, great people to talk to!!!
Thanks for everything you guys have done for the enthusiast community throughout the years and a very special thanks for my own special interface

2nd all that. Every time I have contacted Uwe and team, they have been great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Top service. Shame they were not based in the UK...!

Sending a replacement prior to you returning the problematic goods is great customer service. Big thumbs up.

Ditto... they really helped me out when I thought I had poured my money down the drain. had it not been for them I would have lost £260!!

Same here - I've had great service from Ross-Tech. A few companies around here could learn a thing or two from them.
