Very impressed...

Placed an order at 2pm yesterday (Fri) for HEX-USB+CAN lead

By teatime today it was at Stanstead (via Pensylvania & New Jersey) and I'm sure that if Sunday was a work day then it would have been delivered under 48 hours from ordering

Awesome... certainly they are the ONLY people to order from. I was put eoff by them being in the states and ordered in the UK. Ended up taking 6 months to get delivery as the company went bust etc etc... it was only RossTech themselves that saved the day after I contacted them. Turns out I paid £100 more for the privelidge of buying in the UK too... silly error.

There's a reason that particular company no longer a reseller of ours -- they were doing an absolutely horrible job when it came to actually shipping product.

However, there are some good people to deal with in the UK. For example, we've had nothing but praise for Gendan.

Whether it costs more or less to order directly from us is hard to determine because we don't see the tax bills people get when they order from us -- and you likely will have to pay VAT and such).

But yes, we do ship fast, typically no later than one business day after receipt of order, and the courier company we use (FedEx) gets stuff to the UK very expeditiously.

that's exactly the reason why i always recommend people buy the genuine lead, i don't see any of the Ebay sellers popping in to offer help and advice or free software upgrades. all this back up has to be paid for some way or another, it's only through people buying the genuine lead that allows us all to benifit from the work Uwe and his team put into his product.

The 2 occasions I have bought directly from Ross-Tech, the stuff was here before some of the bits I ordered from within the UK!

Top quality, swift delivery, top support - can't beat it.
