What to log on a rolling road?

Sure this is something of interest to everyone at one point or two in their Vag-Com lives?
Any ideas what blocks I should be logging? I have a RR day coming up.

True... but suffering heatsoak... one of the blocks would be inlet temps and knock sensor activity... I would like to know the blocks for this.
