First Time VAG-Com logs - any advice appreciated :)

Post by TWH » Mon Aug 14, 2006 6:35 pm

Hi guys, just got my vagcom through the post this morning - very quick delivery given it was only ordered late on wednesday :)

These are the only faults that have come up on an auto scan, so I was wondering if anyone could shed any light.

The alarm trigger I know about (me trying to find out what it sounded like to know what to listen for in future ;) )

The lambda sensors I realise may not be much but the charge pressure control sounds like it could be something worth worrying about.

G62 sensor needs replacing (common problem). Suspect DV's or MAF will give the charge pressure control error. What DV's are you using at the mo?

Had new DVs and MAF a few months ago after a health test at MRC. Running standard DVs. Is the G62 sensor something that's easy to get to and replace?

Cheers for the input :)
