RS4 B7 - Bank 2 fault codes

Hi,
I'm looking for a bit of advice regarding a couple of faults codes detected by Vagcom after the warning light came on recently.
The two codes are:
- P0174 - 004 - System too lean - Fuel trim Bank 2
- P1411 - 002 - Insufficient flow - Secondary air injection system bank 2
The warning light came on after motorway cruising for about 100 miles without and change in performance,n
I've read a few forums that mention split vacuum hoses, MAF sensors etc but I'm just looking to see if anyone has any words of wisdom before I bite the bullet and give it to Audi to sort.
