Driver Steering Recommendation (DSR)

Post by 801 » Mon May 16, 2022 11:54 am

Hello

Have read on other forums of the setting in the VCDS to turn off 'DSR' and how this might magically transform the steering of a '14 plate S4 Avant that tramlines, drifts on a straight road, and also torque steers when accelerating on a curve, e.g. out of a roundabout.

Anyone with any experience of the VDCS correcting this issue or these steering issues in an S4 and what might help?

FYI, I have fitted new Goodyear F1s (replacing some runflats that were on the car when I bought it thinking it would be that) and had Audi check the wheel alignment and inspect the suspension. All appears to be ok.

Wondering what else to try and saw the posts related to the DSR setting.
