Central Locking Code work few days and suddenly not working

I had recently coded my B5 RS4 central locking module to 16232, which supposed to have the horn sound when alarmed. It worked for couple of days but dont know why today suddenly it stopped working (no horn when alarmed). My original code is 15211.

Before this code I also tried 16235 (simply 15211+1024). It worked for the same day I coded it but next morning it already back with no horn.

Other than no horn, it also has other problem (16235). The system always think the driver's door is not closed even its closed.

Has anyone experienced with this? I tried 16232 cause someone had tried this code and worked fine:
