anyone with elsa win that can confirm a wire for me?

Hello all

I need to confirm that the Blue/White striped wire in the engine bay that then goes to the clocks is for the water level warning.

Miss placed elsa win cd's and i just about remember from top of my head but need someone to confirm it please.
