Driver for 3rd Party Vagcom cable

I have changed my laptop and need to reinstall the driver for my 3rd party vagom cable. Unfortunately the only links I can find on the web to the driver are broken. Does anyone have the driver (a .rar file) locally on the PC that they could send me?

Yes it is, but I have actually managed to get hold of the driver. Thanks anyway.

I too have a third party cable but as yet have not managed to get vag-com to recognise it even with the drivers loaded. Do you need to actually connect it to the car before it can be recognised?

This worked for the used non-Ross Tech cable I just picked up. Took a bit of stuffing around letting windows search for a driver and installing the drives listed in this pdf but VAG-COM recognised it in the end.

I need to buy the full version of VAG-COM now so I can code in my RNS-E to work on the DIS.
