Fault with stereo

I've got a problem with the Navigation Plus on my B5 RS4. This afternoon, I was playing a CD and it just stopped and came up with the word 'Error' on the screen. Couldn't get a TV picture either, and the reception on the radio was awful.

Got home, plugged VAGCom in and got the following code:

I'm now not getting any TV at all (just skips from CD to radio), the radio reception is really bad and the CD permanantly reads 'Error'. There is also an electronic type of bizzing noice coming from the diversity receiver in the boot, even when the ignition is off.

Anyone got any ideas?
