If you log block 115 you will see both requested & actual boost values - you should be OK as long as your not running more than 1.5bar peak max. I would suggest you AMD valves need servicing if they haven't been touched for 3 years. Diverter vales = bypass valves = BPV = dump valves (which in the case of the S4/RS4 is technically incorrect).

Cheers I will give that a go. I am not sure what max boost is reading as it goes off the gauge , will check what the gauge goes up to when i get home this evening. I will check with Mik to see if the bypass valves have ever been serviced. I know the car passed a healthcheck at MRC only a few weeks ago so I would have thought they would have picked up any issues then?

Yep the bypass vavles have been serviced before, but perhaps not lately. Should say when exactly in some of the paperwork...
