False Start

Picked up my R8 today !!!
Until i noticed it was broken
Didnt even get off the forecourt !
Going to Audi on Monday for repair ... not the end of the world as it was due in there for Service on Tuesday anyway
Just meant I've had to waste today doing DIY instead of cleaning it

tiny leak in some pipe/hose from the rads ...
Had Audi Master Tech out today diagnosing it via Audi Roadside Assist, cant speak highly enough of that service !

FFS, sorry to hear that pal. Wasn't this the same thing that happened to the V8 twice? Some pipe coming off and it spitting coolant everywhere? You've waited this long, a few more days now!

the tell tell sign was the same ... steam / vapour build up in engine bay
ASBO had a split header tank

I did slightly better, I got about 50 miles away from the dealer before mine broke down
It all worked out well in the end though, and it hasn't had a single issue since.Hope you get it sorted quickly.

Turns out the car also had faulty parking sensors aswel!
All being sorted at Audi
Pick it up Friday
Got a Half Day Land Rover Experience voucher worth £400 as goodwill for the f up
