Less than the coupe! About 1/2 to 2/3 I'd say....

You only get the under bonnet in the spyder but in the coupe you get the area behind the seats which is very useable!

LOL ... as if I take my R8 to Tesco's !

but on a trip to the Ring, x1 small suitcase & backpack in the bonnet and then loads of other stuff behind the seats

Wouldn't know as it wouldn't get used for that!

At a guess 2-3 under the bonnet and a couple on the shelf behind he seats. Personally I just use the passenger footwell if I have a bag.

does the spyder have a shelf?

i used a supermarket bag as its a universal size ...

You'd likely get 5 "supermarket bags" in the front... I have the fitted soft luggage and it's surprising what fits.

In the Coupe you can get a bag of golf clubs behind the seats too :)

There is a nice new R8 Spyder in daytona grey for sale in local Audi showroom only a cool £130k

What I am after is how much luggage you can get in a spyder with 2 people in it if your going away for the BH weekend :biggrin3:

As I said, missus can get here small airport style suitcase in the bonnet and you can take a back pack

the front storage space is very usable

think i have just had me clarkson/veyron moment

an amazing car on amazing roads, many deserted NSL twisty roads and not a scamera in sight.. bliss

i had no idea they where sooo LOUD stock :FIREdevil:



not keen on the auto box, dont like the lunge on gear change
