I've just ordered a variable valve system for my V10. Looking forward to hearing it.

Remote control exhausts?
I can just picture the scene.
The kids upstairs, wondering why they can't turn up Peppa Pig while you're in the garage, blood coming out of your ears.

Mate you're missing the point. The default is set so that my kids can watch Peppa Feckin Pig. Hopefully when I start the motor, their response should be "Dad's going out in the R8 with standard pipes".
When I get down the road, it's another story as I push the remote to flaps down doors to manual. However, the neighbours' kids won't hear their TVs, and they'll begin to show early signs of tinnitus as I blast past with the valves open wide.

Had them fitted by Lambo/Bughatti and I have just driven it home.
It is way beyond what I expected ...I just can't believe the genius behind the system. Growled all the way home until I got to my road where I set the remote to 1 which equals quiet and you just wouldn't know.
The tech guys at Lambo said it is the most beautifully made exhaust they have encountered and they couldn't believe how easy it was to fit ie no adjustments needed.
My face aches from smiling
