R8

Test drove the R8 r tronic. Firstly the R8 is a visually spectacular sportscar. It has such clean lines and so aero.
The r tronic is not sophisticated, nor is it smooth, it seems quite erratic in auto mode. Clearly the manual gated shift currently is the transmission of choice.
The car was responsive, revs very easily like the RS4, but handling is simply superb. The balance of the vehicle is superior to the RS4 thanks to the position of that beautiful 4.2 FSI V8.
I would consider R8 definitley but will hold off like many untill the V10 pops up screaming head.
