Just had an email from Audi UK confirming "my register of interest" for the Le Mans. Obviously they are now making sure their customer services are up to speed

Hi Ken and happy new year. Hope all is well at your end. I had my email confirmation on 14/09/05 just after I handed over my deposit. Not trying to wind you up or anything but when did you pay over your deposit? I hope your dealer has not made a mistake somewhere along the line.

Handed money over in July, was not a happy bunny with the way they handled my new RS4 order so blew the whistle on them in early December, suppose this is the aftermath of that, My typewritten order at the dealer does have a July date on it though and I suppose! that is what was faxed to HQ

Suppose you will have an Imola Le Mans Karl - and did you dispose of the Van in the end?
Ken

The Van went back to Aston Martin and I received a full refund, although I had to spend £4k on solicators fees
