He has a 2019/2020 V10 Spider…just turning 3 years old.

Sailed thru mot.

Was gonna take out extended warranty but been told not to coz car is immac and apparently theres no real issues with these cars? Its only done 6k miles.

So my question is - are there any common faults with these? Would you take out the extended warranty or not?

Who told him that there were no issues? An R8 Master tec on commission??!

I looked at R8's before going for the RS6, but a deciding factor was how well documented most issues are for the 6 so you know what might be coming.
Fear, uncertainty and doubt about how an R8 might sh*t itself one day and require £5k for seemingly little..

Fully prepared to be peppered with replies disagreeing, but Audi extended warranty is worth it for protecting your asset from the unseen, in my view.

Please provide an update on the well being of the car over the next 3 years!!
