They were ok when I phoned them about the damage, but they put me in a diesel TT as a punishment whilst my RS4 has its service.
Johnny, who's the service guy there, is a good lad though, and we had a laugh about it eventually. I felt somewhat red faced though :)

Should have explained that the massive dent was 'a feature and they all do that'.

It's just a unique body sculpture now. Looks great when the moon light bounces off it while facing north north east on a Tuesday! In March!

That'll polish out.
The additional fur will keep you warmer as the temperatures drop too.

All I get is a manual diesel A3 with no sat nav. And a telling off for speeding in the last car they lent me cos the black box I didn't know about had flagged up my driving when I gave it back. It would have been quicker to walk home then try driving below the speed limit and not set off their accelerometers round the bends.

The rs7 I had had a tracker but I'm fairly sure no speed alert stuff. At least... I didn't get a telling off and had a few excursions where I mistook a main road for a private road...

Gulp. Hopefully I've not burnt my bridges there!

I think they are supposed to tell you if it has telematic data capture but they didn't the 1st time around. They definitely did the next time.
