Agreed re the Ox cars, I'd want to know their history.
I agree about the Matt Sepang. I went to see one about 6 months ago, and the damage to the paintwork was terrible, and correction is nigh on impossible, unlike a normal paint

The OE cars are not all experience cars, and some of them could be demo cars, press cars or just pool cars loaned out to dealers that don't have their own demo's, show cars or just used by snr staff

Senior staff no problem-ish. And in a way these cars get much better looked after. I am just fussy about wear and tear and multi-driver cars get a lot more of it...

I did a thing in Lapland for a week with another manufacturer and the cars sat on the rev limiter for 4 days, 8 hours per day in 3rd (was the only way to drive them round the tracks on the frozen lake). The cars didn't miss a beat but I would not want to own one afterwards!

Sad about the matt sepang; I quite like it but no idea how to fix it when you get bird dropping damage etc. It would live outside as my garage is full with other cars so I guess it rules it out.

who got you the history for you ??

I was looking at a jan 13 car (plus) with sub 10k miles and an OE62 plate
The consensus here told me it was worth mid £70s so I stepped away.
I'm thinking if the history checks out I mght have another look.

Cheers

History provided by the dealer. Read to me straight from their system.

Seems to be 75-85 for a 2013 and 80-90 for a 2014 main dealer prices. But I think a multiple user early life would reduce that somewhat

Jan 13 would be a launch car, so almost certainly had a hard life.

So I am narrowing in on one now.

Mythos Black R8 V10+, normal options, 2.8k miles, April 2014 car OV14VWR

Apparently it was registered to Audi UK but only did 300 miles in their tenure before a private sale where it did another 2.5k from July 2014 until now.

Up for £93k from an Audi dealer.

Questions:

Mythos Black? Too black and swirly or enough sparkle in it to hide the swirls (unlike brilliant black)?

Any superhero able to find the Audi history of this car like earlier?

Otherwise looks good, subject to price negotiation, even has buckets.

TIA

What about reversing camera? Not sure if this one has that and I think parking these is awful without one IIRC?

Rearwards visibility isn't too bad on these

As it becomes clear how rare these manual V10+ ones are, the more I'm getting slightly obsessed about finding one. But it really can't be ex-Audi as they seem it make it their objective to have them abused. Frustrating.

This won't go down well here, but I'm considering looking at the S-Tronic version too. Still a beast of a car.
