what to do?

Post by fiberoptic » Fri Jul 17, 2015 5:53 pm

Would like to hear your thoughts on this please

Audi has the perfect V10 plus manual box for sale, but the color is mat blue, which i really don't like. Would rather not wrap it, but if I did in Daytona grey, will it look the same as if it had Daytona paint? Anyone had their car wrapped?

Or, is it worth waiting for the right color? Manual V10 plus or manual facelift V10 seem to be rare

Thanks in advance

I've seen a couple of Manual V10+'s come up over the last few months, but they both got snapped up pretty quick - Both were blue, one with black wheels at Audi West London, and the other had silver wheels at a dealer in the north IIRC
Wrapping is very dependant on who does it. I've seen cars that you'd struggle to tell it's a wrapped at all, and others that look cheap and nasty with overlaps.
To get it right, you need someone decent, who'll take the time to take all the lights and things like bumpers off to make sure any of the panel gaps are wrapped inside
