2014 R8 V10

Hi Guys, I have the above for 2 weeks, it was -5 C last night, anyway selected reverse and put almost full lock on and the front seems to be sticking/creaked like brakes or suspension problems!!!.
Anyone?.
I am not feeling like driving it TBH.

I think I had something similar in my '6 this morning, made some odd creaking/groaning noises as i was leaving my road.
I haven't got a clue what it was but thankfully it stopped pretty quickly.
Looks like someone in a C7 RS6 is having the same issue too.

Yes your right, Audi uk said today because the car is 4 wheel drive when going very slow forward or reverse, it will creak and groan , so all is ok. It's not broke.
