Done some research, they don't sell the old GT version anymore.... only the X pipe version is avaliable and even that is different to the Plus. Need to somehow hear the X pipe in the flesh before pulling the trigger.

Why don't you go and see the guys at milltek?

I'm sure a system is about £2k, and they are uk based, good after sales etc. I know people rave abot the capristo but aren't they £5k?

Henry (Benjy ... Sepang V10) has a x pipe Capristo on his V10, it sounds awesome!

Just a tad less raw to the original , bit higher pitched and smoother tone vs the outright dirty original

Not knocking Milltek but I much prefer to have a valve system IF I do decides to change the GT exhaust. I think the new X pipe Capristo is about 3.7k there about uninstalled.

Being honest, I have only ever heard the YouTube clips. The capristo does sound phenomenal, granted much more raw than a milltek road/race system. However, I was very surprised by the super cup system over the race system in my previous cars, and it is loud when you want it to be.

IMO based on the YouTube clips the super cup system has to be up there

Pulled the trigger and ordered a Capristo X pipe. Should sound epic on the GT.
