I bought a car from Sytner once, but will definitely never again

Your best bet is to go straight to audi customer services over the heads of the dealer network

Should have rejected on delivery if it is that bad.

I had a similar experience with sytner
Bought a nearly new car that was described as 'new' condition, but had loads of obvious issues
They wanted nothing to do with it. It was a crap experience and I'd never but through them ever again without being very careful
They were rude, unhelpful and ended up effectively calling me a liar until I disproved them, to which I got no apology

Fair enough fella.

<beep> tossers want taking to trading standards!!

Bet they love these sort of deals?.....hope most people won't complain due to the "faceless" transaction.

think the excitement of having the r8 took over from the issues over the first couple of days until i took it for a spirited drive :audibash:
funny thing is the car is now sold as its not on the website anymore....hope the new owner isnt reading this!!!!!
