Because there are hardly any white R8 V8's as it was not an optional colour til maybe 2009/2010 when they uprated it to 430PS
And then post 2009, they released the V10 and so no bugger bought a V8
Its like trying to buy a white B7 RS 4.
Aint gonna happen !

I had an 08 ibis V8 coupe, had buckets and carbon aswel, nice car.
Stretch your budget and get a V10, I've had 2 now and regret selling both my V10's.
My advice, drive both manual and R Tronic on an extended drive, car parks traffic, motorway etc, bet you prefer the manual.

I'm also thinking of adding a R8 but a V10.... tossing the coin really between the R8 V10 or a Lambo Gallardo... decisions decisions... Anyone had both and can give advice?.

Not had both, but had x4 R8's, V8/V10/Coupe/Sypder/Manual/R-Tronic.
V10 Coupe Manual.
That's the ultimate.

Thanks and I know you have
Bretto told me that there's a German company that maps the R-Tronic to be much better.

The R-Tronic is fine.
But a mid engine V10 super car and the epic open gate aluminium shift, click clack click clack.
Its the last chance, everything will be S-Tronic now.

Very true... hired a silly little Corsa manual a while back and loved the stick action and brought back so many great memories ...
