Nothing wrong with that Tom, Pagani use Titanium bolts. Go for it !

defeats the object if speedr8 uses regular steel locking wheel bolts.

Either use all 20 titanium bolts without locking bolts or add the 4 locking bolts also in titanium.

I think he should just zip tie the wheels to the car. It'd save him another 0.8kg and if the wheels fell off, that'd save him a whole bunch of unsprung mass. Also, if the wheels fell off, he wouldn't need brakes, so he could save some extra weight taking those off. I think I'm on to something here.
