These are the wrong way around, aren't they?
If so, is it possible that there may be some other discrepancies with the figures quoted?

Hi

So that the engine gets air optimally, further modifications are carried out.

Do you know why air intakes use trumpets?

Hi

The air flows in above trumpets into the tube optimally.
Without trumpets shape the air throughput is reduced.

Almost - air flows in from above *and* behind the trumpet. This is why trumpets extend into an airbox and not sit on the side as like for like you get more air in and in a more stable flow.

Shorter intake trumpets would simply move the torque curve higher up the rev range. They don't change it (but anything really noticeable).
This gives higher top end bhp but reduces low down torque.

466 at the flywheel
411 at the wheels
so only 11% drivetrain losses?

Hi

On the 12.04.2014 JDEngineering which will optimize ECU and then will see
the comparison to the chart of the performance of the 14.06.2013 :nodder:
