I thought my luck was bad, but as I sat in the AA truck today we went past a white R8 V10 convertible that had crashed into an old Espace - both looked mashed up and the Police had closed the road. It was the same section my Punto lost control and my BMW used to always kick it's back end out too. There is something up with that surface, I know it.

Sorry Paul. Forgot to reply, it had some ling long tyres on it and coupled with a soaking wet surface and no traction control when I went around a roundabout at normal speed it was like I'd hit black ice, it went over a raised pavement type thing in the middle of the road, the offside wheel now lives in the front wing. I drove it home (8 miles), but it is fecked. I was contemplating part ex'ing it anyway, so now I'll just scrap it and get something else.

I don't usually, I've just ordered 4x PS2s for the RS6, which are far from the cheapest but as it was the Punto and they came up locally really cheap I thought feck it. Never again. Lesson learnt.

its frigging awesome
