I think my oil rad pipes or rad have gone as the road when I got home looked to have the total oil from my engine, I checked the oil level which didn't register on the dipstick.
Car recovered and delivered very promptly by Inchcape Audi assist within the hour, car is now at Maidstone Audi.
Fingers crossed it's covered by the warranty.

It is the oil cooler and pipes, I have been told they should be covered by the warranty, the head tech is going tomorrow to hopefully authorise the works.

Mine did much the same a few weeks ago. Reversed out of the garage and there was a large black pool on the floor! Unfortunately not under warranty so my pocket's 1200 quid lighter now!

If they know what there doing you can save the cooler and just fit new pipes .... Audi are far too quick to replace parts ..

That's all they teach their technicians to do - they're not car mechanics they're just component swappers.

So, was this corrosion of the oil cooler/pipes or some other cause? Do you think it could have been seen and prevented?
Paul, did you see any warning lights?
