Front bumper removal help

Good evening all,

I am after a little bit of help please. Im trying to remove the front bumper, i have got as far as removing the lower grills. This is where the trouble starts, ELSA Win talks about
– Loosen adjuster screw -3- on support piece -5-.
– This causes the support bracket -4- to move into the support piece -5-, and the bumper cover -1- is released.

Where is the adjuster screw, ive looked high and low and cant find a thing!

Ps, what size bit do i need to undo the retaining bolt.

Strange that shows it being in the lower grills! It's at the top of the bumper on ours by the headlights!

Look at the image - its - b5 bumper by the look of the grill.
