Had my B7 black avant stolen the other night. They broke into the house and took the keys. It had really rare exclusive buckets with in black with red patches so if anybody is offeredany parts etc pm me. Taken from Derbyshire reg no. SW07 KTK.

The spec was:
Phantom black avant
Optics
Exclusive black/red buckets
Ss+
Privacy glass to rear.

Always shocking to hear, hope all ok.

As you probably know, the RS4 seems to be a favourite amongst these scummers.

Thanks for the kind replies. Its seems very common this kind of thing nowadays and an RS4 will always be near the top of a thiefs wishlist I suppose. We were all in but didnt hear a thing.

Sorry to hear this Sherpa.
Unfortunate coincidence that the Police Interceptors episode where they stopped one on the M1 and said how rapid it was, was in Derbyshire too.

Ohh I know your car - you live just down the road. Gutted to hear about the theft. It always looked nice motor.

Strangely thought there might have been an issue when I drove past and your car wasn't there and the police were.

Hope it all gets sorted swiftly.

Chris

PS Ours is the 07 Daytona Avant that lives near The Anglers

I know how you feel, it happened to me. They're complete bastards and hopefully they've crashed into a ditch and died there!

Hi Crispy

Ive seen your 07 Daytona Avant about, my friend Lee has played golf with you and mentioned you were explaining the virtues of the RS4 to him a while ago.

I always felt safe owning the RS4 Avant as they are quite stealthy machines but this episode has worried me somewhat, they are still very sought after within the criminal community.

Any news?

What actually happens now with regards to insurance companies and so on? How long have they said you'll have to wait until they declare it definitely gone, stump up the cash value and allow you to move on?
